Meet Baileys and Partners’ newest recruit

Here at Baileys and Partners we know that the talent and energy of our team is what sets our one-stop land and property services apart from the competition.

We particularly value the knowledge and passion for this region’s landscapes and environments of our expert North Wales team. And so we are delighted to introduce our most recent graduate recruit – Rural Enterprise and Land Management graduate – and part-time family farmer from Gwynedd – Tudur Williams.

We thought we’d let Tudur introduce himself:

My name is Tudur Williams and I am the newest arrival at Baileys and Partners as a graduate surveyor. I’m originally from Blaen Cae Isaf, Deiniolen, Caernarfon, which is my family’s sheep farm.

Naturally as a farmer’s son I have a keen interest on all matters regarding the countryside and farming. I am a graduate from Harper Adams University, Shropshire, where I studied a four-year degree programme in Rural Enterprise and Land Management.

During my final year studies Baileys and Partners assisted with my dissertation researching farm diversification in North West Wales, for which I am extremely thankful.

My year in industry was spent with chartered surveyors and auctioneers in south west Wales where I gained valuable experience in agency, valuation, utilities and in the field of surveying holding me in good stead to join Baileys and Partners.

I am very much looking forward to get stuck into the work of a graduate rural surveyor in North Wales whilst working towards gaining my Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors qualification to become a registered valuer and working towards being a qualified Agricultural Valuer in the near future.
