A few weeks on from the launch of our refreshed brand and new website, we wanted to take a moment to look beyond the headlines and share a little more about what’s behind Baileys today.

The past few weeks have been about bringing everything together (our people, our services, and the way we show up for clients) in a way that feels clear, confident and true to how we work.

At the heart of Baileys is a growing team of specialists who care deeply about the work they do and the people they do it for.

Over the past year, we’ve continued to expand our team, strengthening expertise across consultancy, agency and specialist services. This depth allows us to support clients with both detailed local insight and broader strategic advice, while maintaining the personal relationships we’re known for.

Our agency and auction services

One of the most significant developments this year has been the launch of our agency and auction services, now fully integrated alongside our consultancy offering.

These services have been created to give clients more choice and flexibility when buying, selling or letting land, property and assets across Wales. Whether that’s a traditional sale, a letting, or an auction route, we’re able to advise on the most appropriate approach and manage the entire process from start to finish.

We’re pleased to be bringing our first properties to the market, which will be promoted via our website, social media channels and Rightmove, ensuring wide visibility to prospective buyers.

A website designed to support real conversations

Our new website has been designed with clarity and usability in mind.

It brings together our full range of services in one place, introduces the team, and provides a clear starting point for conversations, whether you’re a long-standing client or engaging with Baileys for the first time.

As our services continue to evolve, the website will grow with us, acting as a central hub for insight, opportunities and updates.

Our seminars

This spring, we hosted three update seminars in partnership with Lanyon Bowdler Solicitors (Conwy office), held at M-SParc, Dylan’s Criccieth and Nant Conwy Rugby Club. Each event was well attended by a broad range of guests, including private landowners, contractors, lenders, government bodies and farming representatives.

Our team shared practical insights across the breadth of our work. Topics included renewable energy opportunities and income generation, secured lending and inheritance tax valuations (including livestock and machinery), wayleaves and easements, and current land market trends. The Lanyon Bowdler team complemented this with guidance on succession planning, wills, powers of attorney and managing change within the family.

The evenings sparked lively discussion, with many guests staying on to continue conversations long after the presentations had finished. The strong attendance and engagement reinforced the value of clear advice and open dialogue, and we look forward to hosting further seminars in the months ahead.
