A long time in the making

Today marks an exciting milestone for Baileys & Partners.

After a period of careful development behind the scenes, we’re proud to unveil a refreshed brand, a new website, and an expanded suite of services, all designed to better reflect who we are today and how we support clients across Wales.

You may also notice us referring to ourselves simply as Baileys more often. While our full name remains Baileys & Partners, and we continue to work with trusted partners, this shorthand reflects the way many of our clients already know us and the increased services we can now offer in-house.

Why now

Baileys has been growing steadily for some time, not just in size, but in scope and reach.

Our client base has expanded, our expertise has deepened, and the range of services we provide has broadened well beyond what our previous website and brand fully represented. This relaunch brings clarity to that evolution, ensuring our identity matches the work we’re delivering every day.

It also means a smoother, more engaging experience for all our clients and partners whether using our website to find something or engaging with us on social media.

It’s not about changing who we are but rather about expressing it more clearly.

A broader range of services, under one roof

Alongside our established consultancy and professional services, we’re delighted to officially launch:

  • Agency services, covering sales and lettings
  • Auction services, providing an additional route to market for suitable property, land and assets

These services have been developed to complement our existing expertise, giving clients more choice and a more seamless experience, whether you’re planning for the long term or responding to an immediate opportunity.

By bringing consultancy, agency and auctions together, we’re able to support you through the full lifecycle of land and property decisions wherever you are in Wales.

Growing reach across Wales

While we have always worked across Wales, our geographical reach has increased in 2025 and is set to continue in 2026. We’re really excited to be able to support clients across the whole country in a wide variety of rural and property contexts. As our team and services expand, so does our ability to offer strong local insight alongside strategic advice wherever our clients need us.

This growth has been deliberate and considered, ensuring we maintain personal and trusted relationships with all our clients and partners – something that Baileys has always been known for.

A refreshed brand and new website

To support this next chapter, we’ve been working hard with a specialist agency, Tropic, over the past six months to develop a brand identity that builds on what has come before and gives us something that reflects the quality of, and approach we have towards, our work. 

We’ve also redeveloped our website to provide an easy way for new and existing clients to engage with us. Finally, our new website enables the launch of our agency, providing a prominent way to showcase your land and property, as well as an online auction platform. 

The new site brings together everything Baileys offers in one place, making it easier to explore and engage with us, and is designed to grow with us, just as the business continues to evolve.
