Ed Bailey - BSc (Hons) MRICS
Director
Ed is a fluent Welsh speaker, he studied at Harper Adams and qualified as a Rural Chartered Surveyor in 2003. Ed is a RICS Registered Valuer and Accredited Mediator. Ed has a breadth of professional experience working for national and local practices in renewable energy, leisure sector, valuation and strategic estate management. Ed has built a hydro electric scheme on the family farm and has interests in the leisure sector. Ed enjoys being involved in anything rugby related!
