Tom is a Welsh speaker, he studied at Harper Adams University and has a breadth of experience working within local authority, rural estate management as well as the utility and infrastructure sectors. Tom is a qualified Rural Chartered Surveyor and an RICS registered valuer. Tom is a born and bred farmer and runs his own farming enterprise on Anglesey with his wife and family.
