And to confuse matters further we are more commonly referred to as Land Agents! In reality, the role of a rural chartered surveyor is far broader than measuring, we blend land management, valuation, planning and strategic advice across farming, leisure and energy projects. At Baileys & Partners, we bring local knowledge, professional expertise and a practical approach to help landowners and businesses make the right decisions for them and their assests.

Tom for example enjoys all aspects of farm consultancy having established a successful beef unit on Anglesey while Ed takes energy to another level following the successful planning, consenting, build and operating of a hydroelectric system on the farm at home.
